美国10月非农报告意外大好使得美联储12月加息预期升温，日前媒体又报道欧银12月很可能会降息，利空消息频传使得欧元兑美元跌势延续。欧盟国家葡萄牙、西班牙近日的政局变数更是让欧元四面楚歌，欧元/美元在11月10日刷新7个月来新低1.0671。 据BBC报道，当地时间10日，葡萄牙中右翼政府的四年施政方案在议会中被左翼政党联盟以123票比107票否决。按照葡萄牙宪法，施政方案被否决就意味着政府自动下台，由极左翼政党支持的社会党或将上台执政。 而西班牙加泰罗尼亚地区议会已经于9日投票同意脱离西班牙，该地区面积仅占全国3%，贡献的GDP却占到了西班牙的20%左右，属于西班牙最富裕的大区之一。 11月11日晚间欧洲央行行长德拉基(MarioDraghi)将在伦敦发表讲话，若他再次强调10月议息会议上的宽松倾向，欧元兑美元可能进一步扩大跌势。 |
